SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Heads up: Our products are made and shipped by Printful.

Printful is our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. They produce and ship every order.

Production takes 3–7 business days before your order ships.

Shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.

 

PURCHASING

Items in your cart are not guaranteed until your order is fulfilled. If something sells out before we process your order, we'll notify you by email right away.

SHIPPING

How long will my order take?

 

      Production Time: 3–7 business days for Printful to make your item (excludes weekends and holidays).

      Shipping Time: 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on carrier and location.

      Total: You should expect your order within 6–14 business days from the time you place it.

 

Tracking:

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Use it to follow your package with the carrier directly.

 

Lost or Missing Packages:

Once a package is in the carrier's hands, it is outside of our control. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, you'll need to file a claim directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address:

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you have two options:

      Refund: We'll refund the cost of the item. Original shipping is non-refundable.

      Reship: We'll reship once at no additional charge. If it's returned again, you'll be responsible for the reshipping cost.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Vida Infame gear. If something's not right, here's how we handle it:

 

Return Window:

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

 

How to Return:

1.   Email us at info@vidainfame.store with your order number and reason for return.

2.   We'll respond within 2–3 business days with instructions and a return label.

3.   Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return label.

 

Return Options:

Approved returns receive store credit valid for 90 days. Refunds are handled case-by-case, reach out and we'll work it out.

 

What We Don't Accept:

      Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

      Items returned after 30 days

      Sale or discounted items, all sales final

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Here's the process:

 

      Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@vidainfame.store with a clear photo of the issue and your order number.

      Step 2: We'll review and submit a problem report with Printful on your behalf within 2–3 business days.

      Step 3: Once approved, Printful will produce and ship a replacement at no cost to you, or we'll issue store credit, your choice.

 

Important:

Damage claims submitted after 30 days from delivery cannot be processed. Please review your order as soon as it arrives.

 

Note: If a defect is caused by a low-resolution image or customer-submitted design error, it may not qualify for replacement under Printful's policy.

CLAIMS

All claims, including missing items, orders not received, or items damaged upon arrival, must be submitted within 45 days of your order date. After 45 days, no compensation or resolution can be offered. Review your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if there's a problem.

SPECIAL OFFERS

Items received through special promotions (e.g. Buy 1 Get 1) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit unless we made an error on our end.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items require additional processing time of 7–14 days before they enter Printful's production queue. Once in production, standard fulfillment and shipping timelines apply.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date it's issued. After that, it expires and cannot be renewed. It can be applied to any item available in our store during that window.
