These Terms and Conditions govern your use of vidainfame.store and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

We specialize in premium 5-panel snapback caps and quality headwear. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and we strive for accuracy.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

All products are sold as-is. Vida Infame makes no guarantees beyond what is required by applicable law. Minor variations in print, color, or finish may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand production and do not constitute defects.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit cards. All payments must be received before order fulfillment begins.

All Vida Infame orders are produced and shipped by Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

•      Production Time: Printful requires 3–7 business days to produce your order before it ships. This is separate from shipping time.

•      Printful's Policies: Printful operates under their own Terms of Service and fulfillment policies. Vida Infame is not responsible for production delays, carrier delays, or shipping issues that fall within Printful's scope of operations.

•      Damage & Defects: Printful covers replacements for items that are damaged or mislabeled, provided a problem report is submitted within 30 days of delivery. If a defect is caused by a customer-submitted low-resolution design file, it may not qualify for replacement.

•      Lost Packages: Once a package has been handed to the carrier, it is outside of both Vida Infame's and Printful's control. Customers must file lost package claims directly with the carrier.

•      Returned Packages: Packages returned to Printful due to an incorrect address or failed delivery are held for 30 days. Contact us immediately if you believe your package was returned.

Our full return and exchange process is outlined in our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following is a summary:

•      Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.

•      Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

•      Damage Claims: Must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence.

•      Resolution: Approved returns receive store credit valid for 90 days. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

•      Defective or Wrong Items: We cover return shipping and offer a replacement or store credit.

•      Final Sale: Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for return.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Return Policy, the Return Policy will govern.

All content on vidainfame.store including logos, designs, text, graphics, and images is the property of Vida Infame and protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vida Infame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Vida Infame is not liable for any issues arising from Printful's production, fulfillment, or shipping processes. Printful operates as an independent third-party service provider, and their responsibilities are governed by their own terms and policies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vida Infame, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products or website.

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our site, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
